The secret of a Saber appliance lies in the indirect heat technology distributed through its unique burner. With no flame contact, it’s impossible to burn your food. This results in perfect grill marks every time and the juiciest meals. Plus, Saber appliances are strongly built with sturdy metals like stainless steel and cast aluminum. A Saber appliance is a must-have cooking tool for grilling enthusiasts with its revolutionary approach to outdoor cooking.

Saber, an American company, has focused its expertise on a patented concept of indirect cooking. The grills of each burner are entirely different from anything we’ve seen before. Each burner works independently. This makes it possible to have cooking zones at different temperatures and to cook various foods simultaneously with precision. In addition, each section has two overlapping stainless steel grills that fit perfectly into each other.

The Saber cooking system uses the heat from the grate to cook the food. This energy transfer is called “radiance.” Since the grate is closed, there is no direct contact with the flame. This makes it impossible for flare-ups to occur. Also, each burner has a built-in thermometer that allows you to control the temperature of the cooking zones with precision.

Saber’s radiant heat technology has much less draft on the cooking surface than with a standard convection grill, which keeps food juicy. Furthermore, all the drippings fall into the grooves, not the burners. Therefore, the moisture is vaporized directly onto the food for added flavour. Marinades can also be poured directly onto the grill without any problem.

Finally, all these innovations must be handled with care so that they can be used for a very long time. After all, Saber Grills are top-of-the-line robust appliances. The cart frame is made of 1″ tubular steel that is seam-welded along the entire length. The lid and console are designed with solid materials to prevent warping. Also, since the burners are closed and the drippings and grease remain on the grill, the unit is not difficult to clean and will not become greasy after several uses. Moreover, since there are no flare-ups, the unit’s components will remain in good condition for many years and won’t be damaged by violent fires.

The Deluxe Series has five grills, two in cast iron and stainless steel and three in black powder-coated steel. A lid with cast aluminum panels gives this line superior strength and durability that sets this series apart. The Deluxe series features Saber’s innovations, such as an enclosed cart, patented radiant burner heating system and an independent electronic ignition system.

The Select Series is the latest on the market. Designed to offer Saber technology at a more affordable price, it includes many benefits that make it a top-of-the-line appliance. Constructed primarily of stainless steel, these appliances provide an indirect cooking system without the independent burners. The temperature indicator is integrated into the lid, and a gauge allows you to monitor the propane level in the tank. In addition, the knobs are backlit with LED lights, and the side shelves are foldable to save space. Finally, the double-door cart has a built-in condiment compartment to keep spices handy.

Saber’s Elite and Premium Series feature three cart-mounted grills and two inserts. These uniquely styled models exude luxury, featuring 304 stainless steel construction and full-size welded lids. In addition, the warming rack is also made of the same steel, and a halogen light illuminates the interior of the BBQ for easy nighttime grilling. Also, these two series are equipped with a dual side burner with individual control and a reversible grill.

As a bonus, the Elite Series differs from the Premium Series with mirror-finished edges, LED-backlit knobs, a pull-out tank tray and an integrated condiment holder. In addition, all the tank elements are made of 304 stainless steel for even more luxury and resistance. Finally, the unit comes with a professional-grade powered rotisserie and an ultra-strong cover.
