Elmira Stove Works specializes in the production of retro appliances. In 1975, the company started producing the Fireview wood stove, its first model. In the 1990s, they decided to grow their offer by developing the Antique series, which includes a complete set of appliances with the same look as the Fireview stove. Finally, in 2001, Elmira added the Northstar series to its product catalogue. This series, much more colourful, diversifies its range of products while sharing its passion for appliances with a vintage feel.

The Fireview wood stove has been the success of Elmira Stove Works. The company began producing it in 1975 and has been doing so ever since. However, it has significantly evolved since its inception. It is now possible to order a version of the Fireview that includes optional gas burners or a water coil to provide hot water for your installation.
Beyond its many options, with every use, the Fireview wood stove will take you back to the kitchen of the 1850s. It looks just like the stoves of long ago, and you can enjoy a view of the flames through the glass loading door.
This unit can produce up to 60,000 BTU and can easily accommodate 18” logs. The stove’s oven has 3 cu. ft. of space so that you can roast a large turkey for the whole family. The head of the stove is used as a warming area, and on the 48” model, a 2” warming area is added. Truly, this stove will be a great ally, no matter what you use it for. Elmira Antique and Northstar units are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Parts and labour are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Ranges and built-in ovens, burners, and smooth surfaces; refrigerator compressors and sealed units; and microwave inverters are warranted for parts only for an additional four years (five years total).
