The Karu 16, with its new advanced design, allows you to prepare 16-inch pizzas with better temperature control, more fuel-efficient airflow, better oven insulation and improved visibility. Being multi-fuel, you can use wood and/or charcoal to enjoy traditional cooking or opt for easier cooking with a gas burner (sold separately). After only 15 minutes of preheating, you can cook to a temperature of 500°C (950°F), flame bake pizzas in only 60 seconds, prepare Tomahawk steaks, grilled vegetables and much more with the Ooni Karu 16 oven.
