Unlike charcoal grills, with gas grills, the temperature range that can be achieved is determined by the design of the appliance. A low-end BBQ, either with less powerful burners or a less sophisticated construction, will not allow you to make nice grill marks or sear properly.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Charcoal<\/h3>\n

Since there are fewer components in these grills, they have fewer parts that can get damaged or need replacing over the years.<\/p>\n

As nobody is perfect, these devices also have their small points to consider. Lighting and reaching the desired temperature may take a long time. Our experts recommend this type of grill for intermediate cooks and above. WOOD PELLETS<\/h3>\n

Easy to use, you can cook in peace, enter the desired degree and let your BBQ take care of the rest! They also have no flashback, because they are hidden under the components of the grill. This again makes it easier to use.<\/p>\n

However, being designed with several mechanical elements, these devices are more prone to breakage. Interviews become essential. In addition, wood pellets are sensitive to humidity. It is important to keep them dry. THE IMPORTANCE OF BTUs<\/h2>\n

British Thermal Units are really just a unit of measurement that equals the heat capacity of the BBQ per hour when all burners are on. We tend to believe that BTUs is the only guarantee of quality. However, a grill with a high BTU rating, but of poor design will not have a long life cycle and will not offer optimal cooking. It is therefore important to be vigilant and to check the composition of the parts, their density and the oxygen supply.<\/p>\n

The thicker the materials, the more the device will withstand extreme temperatures and be durable. The cooking time will also be faster. Also, make sure that the deflectors are not too close to the burners, this will allow better air circulation, therefore a more uniform heat.
