Heat Management System
EPA-certified wood fireplaces generate a lot of heat. Their innovative heat distribution systems allow you to redirect this excess heat to other areas of your home for whole-home comfort.
Forced Air Kit
Automatically manage your heat distribution. A wall thermostat controls a 300 CFM blower, redirecting excess heat to another room up to 50 feet away.
Hot Air Gravity Kit
Uses natural convection to circulate excess hot air into the same room, adjacent rooms, or upstairs at a maximum distance of 10 feet.

Ventis / SBI guarantees to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product.
The warranty for Ventis wood-burning units includes the following coverage:
Lifetime Warranty (Parts):
- Combustion chamber (welds only), castings, convector air-mate, and defective manufacture of plating, including ceramic glass (thermal breakage only). Labour is covered for 4 years (combustion chamber only).
5-Year Warranty (Parts):
- Stainless steel firebox components, baffles, secondary air tubes, glass retainers, handle assemblies, surrounds, heat shields, ash drawer, steel legs, pedestal, and aluminum trims. Labour is covered for 3 years (stainless steel components only).
3-Year Warranty:
- Carbon steel firebox components (2 years labour).
2-Year Warranty:
- Blowers, heat sensors, switches, rheostats, wiring, and electronics (1 year labour).
1-Year Warranty:
- Paint (peeling), gaskets, insulation, refractory bricks (limited to one replacement for fireplaces), and ceramic fibre blankets. No labour coverage.
Pictures are required for certain claims, and some warranties are limited to one replacement.
