The “Karbon” steel
Carbon steel is a strong alloy composed mainly of iron and carbon. Its unique character makes it a durable and robust material offering you superior culinary performances. Indeed, it ensures optimum heat distribution across the entire surface in contact with the food for precise and even results every time!
